Every event is different, so we plan each one with you: where the band sets up, when the music starts, and which parts of the evening you want covered.
Planning jazz at the Milwaukee Art Museum
- Power and space. The band brings its own keyboard, amps and drums. We need space to set up and a power outlet near the band. Your museum event contact can help pick the spot.
- Arrival. The band arrives about 45 to 60 minutes before the music starts.
- Toasts. The band uses your DJ's microphone for toasts and announcements.
- Dancing. We don't play dance sets. If you want dancing after dinner, your DJ takes over.
- Attire. Suits and ties for the men, black dresses for the women.
